I have been a crucial member of Plasma Magazine since its founding in 2016. Initially hired as a graphic designer, I swiftly advanced to the position of Creative Director. As the Creative Director, my duties included managing brand guidelines and design standards, organizing public events like Plasma Fest, overseeing social media presence, and creating promotional material. It brings me great pride to witness the exceptional progress of Plasma Magazine and the growing participation of the community, which has brought me immense professional and personal gratification.
